Learned counsel for the appellants files a joint memo reporting settlement. It is contended by both learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondents that the parties to the proceedings, upon being referred to the Karnataka Mediation Centre, Bengaluru, have entered into a settlement agreement, amicably resolving the dispute amongst themselves. The terms and conditions thereof have been reduced into writing by way of the Memorandum of Settlement. 3. Appellant No.1 and respondent No.1 are present before the Court. Therefore, it is contented that the parties would appear before the VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Rural, Bengaluru on 17.08.2026 for reporting the settlement.
