This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with following reliefs: “10. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the concerned Authority for redressal of his grievance. 3.
