3. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy in accordance with law.
4. Finding it to be a fair request, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
5. Interim order passed by this Court, dated 20.11.2023 shall remain in-vogue for four weeks from today to enable the petitioner to avail his remedy as per law.
6. Needless to observe here that the issue of limitation shall be dealt with by the Trial Court in accordance with law. The time for which writ remained pending before this Court shall be dealt as per Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963. July 27, 2026 (Pankaj Jain) Dpr
