KAMAL ORAL ORDER Petitioner claiming excess and high handedness at the hands of respondent-police is before this Court seeking direction to respondents to consider the representation dated 11.08.2022 and 12.08.2022 produced at Annexures-J and J1. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there were certain marital discord between the petitioner and his wife Smt.Smitha, who had given a complaint against the petitioner before the Yelahanka police station on 27.09.2019, at which - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010497832022 NC: 2026:KHC:36302 WP No. 21683 of 2022 time the police had intervened and she had vacated and moved out of the house taking all her belongings. Subsequently, on 26.04.2021, Yelahanka Police came to the house of the petitioner at 12.37 p.m., caused inconvenience to the petitioner. The act of the respondent-police amounted to interference with the life and liberty of the petitioner. Therefore, the petition. 3. Learned AGA submits that since there was a complaint by the wife of the petitioner alleging harassment at the hands of the petitioner, police intervened and an NCR was registered in NCR No.468/1355/2019 and it is in this connection the police had visited the house of petitioner. However, he submits as regards the allegation of police going to the house of petitioner in the year 2021 and should there be any excess, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation and the same will be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above facts and circumstances, following: - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010497832022 NC: 2026:KHC:36302 WP No. 21683 of 2022 ORDER Respondent No.3 is directed to look into the representation filed by petitioner as per Annexures- J and J1 and after hearing the concerned parties, pass appropriate orders within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
