2 Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay Kumar Jaiswal Order on Board 03.09.2026
1. Heard. 2. The present MCC has been preferred by the Petitioner seeking modification/correction of the order dated 03.08.2026 passed in MAC No. 947/2025. In the said order, the amount of compensation towards loss of dependency, i.e., Rs. 13,85,160/-, when added to the amount awarded under the other conventional heads, i.e., Rs. 1,65,000/-, comes to Rs. 15,50,160/-. However, due to an inadvertent calculation error, the total amount has been typed as Rs. 16,85,952/- instead of Rs. 15,50,160/- in paragraph Nos. 7 (computation table), 8 and 9 of the said order. The Petitioner, therefore, seeks appropriate modification/correction of the aforesaid order to the extent of correcting the total amount of compensation from Rs. 16,85,952/- to Rs. 15,50,160/-. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the claimants has no objection to the aforesaid correction. 4.
Considering the submissions made by counsel for the Applicant, the instant MCC is allowed. 5. Accordingly, in the order dated 03.08.2026 passed in MAC No. 947/2025, the total amount of compensation awarded by this Court shall be read as “Rs. 15,50,160/-” in place of “Rs. 3 16,85,952/-” in paragraph Nos. 7 (computation table), 8 and 9. 6. With the aforesaid terms, the instant MCC stands disposed of. Sd/-
