The petitioner is complainant and filed present writ petition against the appointment of the respondent no.6-Manoj Kumar Dixit, who according to the petitioner is working on the post of Revenue Assistant from last more than two decades. 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to approach the authority concerned. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. After perusal of the records the Court does not found that any interference in the appointment of the respondent no.6 only on the basis of complaint made by the petitioner is required. 5.
