In this petition, petitioners are assailing the Order dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure-K) passed by respondent No.1, interalia sought for direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to restore the mutation entry in MR H3/2021-22 as per Annexure- G and to enter the name of the petitioners in Column No.9 and 12 of the RTC extract at Annexure-H. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and on careful consideration of the finding recorded by both the respondent-Authorities, it is forthcoming in the impugned orders that, the land in question has been reserved for the purpose of the Government School at Bisilehalli village, Kadur Taluk, Chikkamagaluru district. 4. In that view of the matter, as the land in question is being reserved for the purpose of the children of the village, I am of the view that no interference is called for in this petition - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010465742026 NC: 2026:KHC:39815 WP No. 21304 of 2026 as there is no malafide by the respondent-Authorities and public purpose. However, it is open for the petitioners to establish their right over the property in question in O.S.No.183/2026 on the file of the I Additional Civil Judge and JMFC at Kadur. 5.
