It is submitted that in third line of paragraph 1 “4th District Judge at Howrah” to be mentioned as “Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Court, Howrah”. 3. In paragraph 24 the sentence should be the matrimonial suit now pending before the “learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 4th Court Howrah” in place of “learned District Judge at Howrah”. 4. The above correction be incorporated in the judgment dated August 20, 2026 be made part of the Judgment. 2 5. Other portion of the judgment will remain unaltered. 6.
