ORAL ORDER
In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 11.03.2026 in RP No. 220/2025 passed by respondent No.1 (Annexure - A). Consequently, sought for confirming the
order dated 12.03.2025 in RA (A) No.966/2024 passed by respondent No.2 (Annexure B).
2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of writ papers would indicate that, the petitioner is claiming the right over the property based on the registered sale deed dated 11.05.2023 in respect of the subject land.
3. The said aspect of the matter was rightly considered by the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore South Sub-Division, Bengaluru, while passing the order at Annexure B dated
12.03.2025. However, the same was, erroneously interfered with by respondent No.1 at Annexure-A in the impugned order. Therefore, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, the revenue authorities have no jurisdiction to decide the title in respect of the land in question. Accordingly, I pass the following;
