This Review Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 114 read with Order 47 Rule 1 of the C.P.C. for reviewing the judgment and decree passed by this Court on 23.09.2025 in SA No. 71/2013 by which substantial question of law framed by this Court is answered against the plaintiff and in favour of defendant No. 1. 3. The record of the case would show that this Court while hearing SA No. 71/2013 on 29.07.2024 appointed Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Panda, Advocate as Commissioner for demarcation of the suit land and thereafter on 07.04.2025, Mr. Rajesh Dadsena, Advocate was appointed as Commissioner in place of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Panda, Advocate.
