The instant application was filed challenging the order dated October 5, 2024 passed by the learned District Judge, Darjeeling in ACT VIII Case No.10 of 2024. 2. It is submitted by the learned advocate of the opposite party that this revisional application has become influctuous in view of the above development. 3.
