After addressing the arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo. Memo reads as under: "It is most respectfully submitted on instructions from the petitioner that a sum of Rs.2,80,000/- has already been deposited with the trial court and that the further sum of Rs.2,80,000/- will be handed over to the respondent within a period of three weeks from today.
