Momin, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the prayer has been sought in view of the fact that the applicant who is a Chra of Chambugong Mahari of Ranthangsora A’king should have been a necessary party, but was not impleaded. He further submits that a case has been registered as GHADC REV/04 A.C of 2025, which shows that there is a dispute in the Nokmaship of the said A’king, which is 2026:MLHC:564 pending adjudication before the Deputy Chief Executive Member, and the same was not disclosed before this Court. 2. Mr. P.T. Sangma, learned counsel for the respondents Nos. 5 & 6, and Mr. J.M. Sangma, learned counsel for the respondent No. 7, however have raised objections and submits that the applicant has not brought any materials on record to substantiate this fact. 3. This Court has examined the application and notes that the submissions of the opposite parties are correct, and that nothing has been annexed to the Misc. Case to show the pendency of the matter before the Deputy Chief Executive Member, I/C Land & Revenue, or any other supplementary proceedings pending. 4. In this view of the matter, the Misc. Case being incompetent is rejected at this stage, however with liberty to the applicant to file afresh, if so advised. 5. Misc. Case is disposed of. JUDGE Meghalaya 10.06.2026 “V.
