1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.
2. The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to proceed expeditiously to release the monthly pension and arrears with interest to the petitioner in a time bound manner.
3. It is submitted by the petitioner that his dues have not been paid till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the private respondent submits that they are taking necessary steps to clear all the dues to its employees.
5. On hearing the parties and considering the
submissions made by the parties herein and the

materials on record, it is directed that the respondent P.F. Authority shall take necessary steps to ensure that the dues of the petitioners are paid in accordance with law.
6. The private respondent is also directed to take such steps. All the respondents are directed to ensure that the petitioner’s grievance is duly addressed preferably within 60 days from the date of this order.
7. WPA 2611 of 2026 stands disposed of.
8. All the parties to act on the server copy of this order.
