By the present writ petition, the petitioner has sought several reliefs; however, at this stage, he confines his prayer to a limited relief seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide his pending representation dated 02.07.2026 (Annexure P/9), submitted before respondent No.3/Collector, Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Revenue Inspector (Nazul) in the Office of the Collector (Land Records Branch), Ambikapur, District Surguja. He submits that the petitioner was earlier placed under suspension vide order dated 02.09.2020, which suspension was subsequently revoked by the Commissioner, Surguja Division, Ambikapur, vide order dated 21.12.2021. He further submits that thereafter, upon suspension of the substantive sentence imposed upon the petitioner by this Court, the petitioner resumed his duties and has been continuously attending office and discharging his official duties. Learned counsel further submits that despite the petitioner having actually discharged his duties and having been assigned official work by the respondent authorities, his salary and allowances from April, 2026 onwards have not been paid. He further submits that the petitioner has submitted representations dated 03.06.2026, 02.07.2026 and 20.07.2026 before the respondent authorities, but the same have neither been considered nor decided till date. He, therefore, confines his prayer 3 to a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation submitted before the respondent No.3 within a stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents/ State submits that if the representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, within the stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings as well as the documents appended with the writ petition. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into account the submission made by learned State counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide his pending representation dated 02.07.2026 (Annexure P/9), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
