1. Heard Mr. C. R. Sahu, along with Mr. Bharat Lal Dembra, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Prasun Bhaduri, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the respondent-State.
2. The present writ petition, styled as a Public Interest Litigation, has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
"10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ or direction, directing the respondent authorities to stop the construction of Primary Health Centre over play ground of School and shifted to some other suitable place as available in the village Jatri after following due procedure of law.
10.2. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition. An affidavit in support of this petition is filed herewith."

Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that during the pendency of the present petition, the construction of the Primary Health Centre in question has already been completed and the same has also been inaugurated. In view of the subsequent
3 developments, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition no longer survives and the present petition has become infructuous.
