No. 89805 of 2024 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated time due to reasons, as disclosed in paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the bail petition. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances, the modification application is allowed and the time granted by 01.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89805 of 2024 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12755 of 2026(2) dt.18-02-2026 2/2 from today. 3.
