ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioners have challenged the order passed under Section 103(2) of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 (for short 'the Act'). It is seen that the petitioners are having an alternative and efficacious remedy under Section 105(1) (e) of the Act.

2. On 24.07.2025, this Court passed the following
order:-
1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. Issue notice to respondent No.3 to 5 returnable by 25.09.2025.
3. The further proceedings in dispute No.ANI(VA&E)/D-2/MD/01/2022-23 dated 31.05.2025 at Annexure – N is stayed till the next date of hearing.
4. Copies and process fee to be furnished by end of 25.07.2025, failing which interim order automatically stands vacated."
3. As the petitioners are having an alternative and efficacious remedy, the following order is passed:-
ORDER i. The writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioners to approach the appropriate Authority in the manner known to law. However, the interim order granted on

24.07.2025 shall continue to be in force for a further period of four weeks from today. ii. The petitioners shall be entitled to the benefit of Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963, if they were to file an appeal.
