A perusal of the charge sheet reveals that the petitioner is said to have trespassed in to the property of the defacto complainant and he had cut down a coconut tree. 3. The defacto complainant had appeared party-in-person and he submitted that in case if the sole accused deposits the value of the claim namely Rs.15,900/- to any charitable institution, he has no objection whatsoever for quashing of charge sheet. The matter was referred to mediation and in the mediation also, the parties have agreed that in case if a sum of Rs.15,900/- is paid to a charitable institution, the defacto complainant would not have any objection for quashing of the charge sheet. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5327 of 2026 4. In view of the above said facts, charge sheet in C.C.No.305 of 2026 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy West, stands quashed on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.16,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Thousand only) to the Headmaster, Madurai East Panchayat Union Primary School, Othakadai, on or before 17.06.2026. 5.With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 6.
