JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH ORAL ORDER This Court vide order dated 10.06.2026, suspended the sentence subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the fine amount inclusive of the amount already deposited before the Trial Court within four weeks. It was also made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the fine amount within four weeks, the conditional order granted by this Court would automatically stand vacated. On 10.07.2026, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner made the submission that the matter may be referred to the Special Drive for NI Act. The petitioner did not pursue the matter before the Lok Adalath and hence, the matter was referred back to the Court. On 29.07.2026, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner made the submission that he is going to settle the matter. 2. When such being the case, I do not find any ground to entertain this revision petition.
