An adverse entry was recorded against him in the year 2023; he filed representation against such adverse entry, which has been rejected. Feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 3. Learned State Counsel submits that petitioner has statutory remedy of approaching Tribunal established under Uttar Pradesh Public Services (Tribunals) Act, 1976. This contention is not disputed by petitioner’s counsel. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to petitioner to approach appropriate forum.
