Heard Smt Poornima, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri B N Jagadeesha, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3. For an apprehension of arrest, as observed by the Apex Court, at least a complaint must be registered. Mere apprehension would not suffice.
