JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the Application of the petitioner dated 24th December, 2018, which was forwarded by the Officer Commanding on 26th December, 2018 (Annexure-A) for grant of schedule land under Ex-Servicemen quota. 2. Heard Sri. Keshava Bhat A., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Sporthy Hegde N., learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, on perusal of the averments made in the writ petition, it is forthcoming that the petitioner has filed application for grant of schedule land under Ex-servicemen quota on 24th - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010484372026 NC: 2026:KHC:43371 WP NO.22044 OF 2026 December, 2018, however, the same has not been considered by the respondent-Authorities. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24th December, 2018 produced at Annexure-A and take decision in the matter, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
