1. Report filed by the State be kept with the records.
2. By an order dated June 29, 2026, a co-ordinate Bench had directed the petitioner to respond to the notice issued by the Investigating Officer. The petitioner did not do so.
3. By my order dated August 10, 2026, I had directed the petitioner to meet S.I. Dilip Roy, Jateswar OP under Falakata PS, Dist. Alipurduar on August 11, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
4. Today, learned State Counsel files a report signed by the aforesaid Police Officer to the effect that the petitioner did not report to the said Police Officer as she was directed to do by the order dated August 10, 2026.

5. It appears that the petitioner is avoiding the Investigating Authorities. Such conduct of the petitioner does not entitle her to an order of anticipatory bail.
6. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM(A)/392/2026 is dismissed.
