ORAL ORDER
1. Accused in Crime No.224/2026 registered by Yelahanka New Town Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2), 64(2)(m) of BNS, 2023, is before this Court in this petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail. 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.224/2026 was registered by Yelahanka New Town Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the aforesaid offences against the petitioner based on the typed first information dated 25.05.2026 submitted by the victim girl. During the course of investigation, petitioner was arrested on 25.05.2026 and remanded to judicial custody. His bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl. Misc. No.5184/2026 was rejected on 20.06.2026.. Therefore, petitioner is before this Court. 4. The material on record would go to show that petitioner and victim girl are major and petitioner was acquainted to the

victim girl, and subsequently, they started loving each other.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he had promised to marry the victim girl and had sexual intercourse with her multiple times in her house and as a result she had conceived. After the victim girl was medically examined and informed by the doctor that she was pregnant, she had approached the police on 25.05.2026 and registered FIR in the present case. 5. Petitioner, who is arrested in the present case on 25.05.2026, has no other criminal antecedents. Major portion of the investigation is already completed. The statement of the victim girl under Section 183 of BNSS, 2023, has been recorded in the present case on 17.06.2026 by the jurisdictional Magistrate. The allegations now found in the said statement differ from the typed first information which was submitted by the victim girl before the police on 25.05.2026, wherein she has stated that she and the petitioner were in love and subsequently they had sexual intercourse in her house. 6. Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, I am of the opinion that petitioner's prayer for grant of regular bail is

required to be answered affirmatively. Accordingly, the following order:
7. The petition is allowed.
The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.224/2026 registered by Yelahanka New Town Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Sections 351(2), 64(2)(m) of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions: a) Petitioner shall execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court;
b) The petitioner shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless the Trial Court exempts his appearance for valid reasons;
c) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses;
d) The petitioner shall not involve in similar offences in future;
e) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without permission of
