1. On the earlier date of hearing, i.e., 12.08.2026, the matter was listed under the Special Drive for Mediation. However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the said date. Since the matter pertains to the year 2011, it was directed to be listed for hearing today. However, even today, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, on repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the matter. Since no one is appearing, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the case for want of prosecution.
3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. SD/-
