Learned High Court Government Pleader is directed to take notice for all the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that his applications filed on 29.05.2025 at Annexure-D series have not been considered by the respondent authorities for change of khata on the strength of a registered sale deed dated 25.10.1939 said to have been executed in favour of the petitioner's grandfather. 3. Having regard to the contentions raised by the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, Devanahalli Taluk, to consider the representations given by the petitioner and pass necessary orders or issue an endorsement to the petitioner furnishing reasons for not entertaining the applications, as expeditiously as possible
