From the material in the case diary including the medical examination report of the victim, the victim’s statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S. 2023 and the statement of the stepson of the principal accused being the mother in law of the victim, the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged crime is prima facie clear. 2. As the petitioner also did not respondent to the notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
