From the allegations it appears that this lady is a part of a racket which lures unsuspecting people into going on holidays and then such people are robbed. The petitioner prays for pre-arrest bail. 2. I see from the case diary that the petitioner has criminal antecedents. I have not gone to exercise my discretion in her favour. 3. Although chargesheet may have been submitted, the prayer of the petitioner is rejected. 4. CRM (A) 629 of 2026 is dismissed. (Arijit Banerjee, J.)
