ORDER: (per Ravi Nath Tilhari, J)
Heard Sri Venkatesh B Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Krishna Praneeth, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. Sri Krishna Praneeth, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits based on the written instructions that the detenue who was accused in Crime No.95 of 2026 was arrested and produced for remand. Learned Magistrate passed the order dated 02.04.2026 Vide CFR.No.2054 of 2026 directed the Investigation Officer to issue Section 35 of BNSS notice to him and release the detenue. The Investigation Officer issued a notice under Section 35 of BNSS to the detenue and released on the same day.
3. Written instructions are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the same.
5. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
