The petitioner has preferred the instant MCC seeking modification of the order dated 23.07.2026 passed in WPS No. 5569/2026, on the ground that due to a typographical error in the cause title of SOURABH BHILWAR Digitally signed by SOURABH BHILWAR Date: 2026.09.01 16:59:38 +0530 2 the writ petition, the names and designations of respondent Nos.2 and 3 have been incorrectly mentioned as “Collector, Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujgan (C.G.)” and “Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Balrampur, District Balrampur- Ramanujgan (C.G.)”, respectively, instead of “Collector, Ambikapur, District Surguja” and “Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur, District Surguja”. He submits that the aforesaid correction is necessary for proper adjudication of the matter and effective compliance of the order passed by this Court. 3. On due consideration, the instant MCC is allowed. The order dated 23.07.2026 passed in WPS No. 5569/2026 is modified to the extent that the names and designations of respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall be read as “Collector, Ambikapur, District Surguja” and “Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur, District Surguja”, respectively, in place of “Collector, Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujgan (C.G.)” and “Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Balrampur, District Balrampur-Ramanujgan (C.G.)”. 4. With the aforesaid modifications, the instant MCC stands disposed of. 5. A copy of this order be placed on the record of WPS No. 5569/2026 and the same shall be read in conjunction with the order dated 23.07.2026 passed in the said writ petition.
