“The counsel for the above named petitioner and respondent most humbly submit as follows:
1. The respondent has filed a complaint u/S 138 of NI Act and the petitioner was convicted and sentenced to pay sum of Rs.3,15,000/- vide order dated 07.11.2019.
2. After convicted before the trial court the accused /petitioner has challenged the conviction and sentence before the Hon’ble Sessions Judge in Crl.Appeal No.207/2021. But learned Sessions Judge dismissed the appeal and confirm the judgment of Trial Court. Therefore, the petitioner appeared before this Hon’ble Court.
3. During pendency of above revision petition the petitioner and the respondent were settled the matter before the trial court and the petitioner has settled the entire fine amount to the respondent. And there is no due from the petitioner. But the petitioner nor the

respondent unable to reported the same before this Hon’ble Court. WHEREFORE, it is prays that this Hon’ble court be pleased to close the above petition in the interest of justice.”

3. Amount in deposit, if any, is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
