Accordingly, MC(WP(C)) No. 280 of 2026 is allowed and the Mayor of Imphal Municipal Corporation is impleaded as respondent No. 5 in WP(C) No. 189 of 2026 and the connected application, i.e. MC(WP(C)) No. 232 of 2026. Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation in the files and the petitioner is directed to file amended memo of parties physically as well as online.
