APP Mr. Atul Dong ……for the State. 1. 206 kilograms of ganja was recovered from the house where the petitioner resided with her husband and in laws. I am told by learned State Counsel that the petitioner’ husband is absconding. The petitioner’s in- laws are also in judicial custody. 2. Given the huge quantity of contraband involved, I am not inclined to entertain the petitioner’s prayer for bail, at this stage. 3. CRM (NDPS) 332 of 2026 stands dismissed. (Arijit Banerjee, J.) 2
