1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the daughter of the petitioners has cleared the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination but due to the deletion of the name of the mother and father from the voter list, the daughter of the petitioners is not getting the domicile certificate, due to which, the daughter of the petitioners is facing difficulties. She submits that the petitioners have already preferred appeals before the SIR Tribunal and the same is pending. She prays for a direction upon the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeals as early as possible.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeals preferred by the petitioners as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
3. Accordingly, WPA 21267 of 2026 and WPA 21268 of 2026 stand disposed of.
4. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
5. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
