It appears that after the retirement of the petitioner, the Pension Payment Order has been issued immediately on completion of four months. There is hardly any delay requiring interference by this Court on the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of interest. 4. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant case. 5. The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. 6.
