Case No. 613 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 142, 143(4), 111, 61(2) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals had kidnapped six months old child and have sold him to the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.9.2025. 5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
