19.08.2026 Court No.35. D/L.579. Rakib (Rejected) CRM (A) 2581 of 2026 In Re: An Application for Anticipatory Bail under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 in connection with Harischandrapur Police Station case no. 872 of 2025 dated 15.08.2025 under Sections 329(3)/117(2)/118(1)/109/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. And In the matter of : Ismail @ Md Ismail & Anr. ……Petitioners. Ms. Sabrina Parveen .....for the Petitioners. Mr. Shataroop Purkayastha Mr. Anirban Kr. Banerjee ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners are innocent and there are cases and counter cases between the parties and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate appearing for the State produces the Case Diary, referred to the injury report as well as the statement of the injured. Having considered that same, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2581 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. 2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
