M/s Amit Singla), whereby the operation of the award sought to be enforced in the present petition has been stayed, subject to the deposit of the entire awarded amount by the respondents, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage, with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law, at an appropriate stage, in case, the necessity so arises in future. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2.
