In view of no progress in the application/petitioner referred to herein above being processed, I direct the concerned authority to issue notice upon the present petitioner/plaintiff so that the progress of the proceeding of the consequent steps may be transparent to him. The concerned authority would adhere to the process of law and would dispose of the Eviction Petition No.Nil of 2025, which was submitted with the concerned authority on 10th October, 2025 within a reasonable period of time, preferably, as expeditiously as possible. 2 Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed to have been no admitted by the respondents.
