The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has withdrawn the cases, and therefore, the respondent police had not harassed the petitioner for enquiry. As far as the petitioner is concerned, no case is pending against her. He further submitted that the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry. In fact, the petitioner had filed a “not to harass” petition before this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.9160 of 2026, and the same was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 07.05.2026 on the ground that no case is pending against the petitioner. 3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
