ORAL ORDER
1. Sri. Naveed Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner is present. None appears for the respondent.
2. An affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner to pay the balance amount in installments.
3. Since the respondent is not present, by exercising the power vested in this Court under the revisional jurisdictional, affidavit is placed on record and petition can be disposed of in terms of the affidavit and following order is passed:

ORDER
1. Criminal Revision Petition is disposed off.
2. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
3. It is made clear that if there is any default in the payment of compensation amount as undertaken by the petitioner in the affidavit, petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the Trial Magistrate confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
