Virender Singh, Judge (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed   a   Revision   Petition   under   Section   17   of   Himachal Pradesh   Land   Revenue   Act,   against   the   order   dated 25.11.2017,   passed   by   Sub   Divisional   Officer   (Civil) Palampur, in the year 2018 and the said petition has not yet been decided by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala. 2. As   per   the   documents   annexed   with   the petition, an application for preponement of the revision has also been moved. 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2026:HHC:12836 3. According to the petitioner, he is senior citizen of 75 years and wants to see the result of the litigation, during his lift time. 4. In   such   situation,   without   adverting   to   the merits   of   the   case,   learned   Divisional   Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala is directed to decide the matter within a period of two months, from today, positively. 5. The   copy   of   this   order   be   sent   to   learned Divisional Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala, through e­mail.   In addition to this, the petitioner is directed to place on record the copy of this order in the said Revision. 6.
