The present petition has been filed seeking certain reliefs. 3. Counsel appearing for respondent No.1 submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation setting out his grievance with regard to the office orders produced at Annexures-H and J. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the disposal of the writ petition in terms of the said submission. 5. The submissions made by the counsel for the respective parties are taken on record. 6. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation setting out his grievance in respect of Annexures-H and J to the Divisional Controller, Ramanagar, within a period of two weeks from today. Upon receipt of such representation, respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks thereafter.
