At the outset, learned advocate Mr. Anuj Trivedi, appearing for the respondent No.2, has placed on record a photocopy of the communication dated 27.08.2026 addressed to the proprietor/owner of the petitioner by the officers of the AMC, stating that the branches of the trees causing hindrance to the advertising site of the petitioner had already been trimmed on 24.08.2026. Photographs are also annexed along with the aforesaid communication. 2. In view of the aforesaid communication placed on C/SCA/11817/2026(GJHC240528362026) ORDER DATED: 08/09/2026 record by learned advocate Mr. Anuj Trivedi, learned advocate Mr. Rushi Trivedi, appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. He, however, submits that liberty may be reserved in favour of the petitioner to revive the present petition in case of any difficulty or if it is found that the respondents have not acted in accordance with the communication placed on record. 3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to revive the present petition in case of any difficulty or if the respondents fail to act in accordance with the aforesaid communication. 4.
