Heard Mr. A.S. Rajput, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. Sumit Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the State. 2. The present intra-court appeal has been preferred by the appellant assailing the order dated 09.07.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WPS No. 5047 of 2023 (Jeevan Das Baghel vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Others), whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant/writ petitioner herein was dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer so made. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant, the present writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as prayed for, to the appellant to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge.
