By way of this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs : 10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to restrain the respondent authorities to not make any construction/not made any other activities upon the subject land bearing khasra no. 505 rakba 1.00 hectare of each petitioner situated at village- Baserakala Tahisl- Balrampur Distt- Balrampur Ramanujganj till the pending proceeding of grant of patta of subject land 10.2 That, this Hon'ble court direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the application for grant of patta of the subject land which is pending since 2012 within stipulated period. 10.3 That, any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that at present, there is no subsisting threat with respect to construction of Gothan on the land of the petitioners. In view of the above, learned counsel 3 seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach this Court again if any fresh cause of action arises in future. 3.
