Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Raman Sharma, AAG with Ms. Jagmeet Kour, Advocate. Coram: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDER (21.09.2026) 1. There is a formal deficiency and defect in the writ petition as the concern of the petitioner is that there is an unauthorized running of an academy-Shiksha Niketan Public School, Zone Bal Jrallal which is not in the fitness of the rules and regulations for the purposes of imparting education to the young children and, therefore, requires to be checked but the promoter of the said Shiksha Niketan Public School, Zone Bal Jrallal is not figuring as a party respondent in the writ petition, as such, the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one with the naming of the promoter of the Shiksha Niketan Public School, Zone Bal Jrallal as one of the party respondents for enabling this Court to afford an opportunity of appearance and hearing to the Shiksha Niketan Public School, Zone Bal Jrallal for explaining its stand as to whether the allegation of the petitioner that the premises of shops is being used for the running of the said academy-Shiksha Niketan Public School, Zone Bal Jrallal. 2. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. (RAHUL BHARTI) JUDGE JAMMU 21.09.2026 Shivalee Supp. Cause List-3 Serial No. 188
