Notice to respondent No.2 is dispensed with in view of the proposed order to be passed. 3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (i) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ or direction quashing the impugned notice dated 05.06.2025 issued by the third respondent, a copy of which is produced at Annexure-C to meet the ends of justice. (ii) GRANT such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant to meet the ends of justice. 4. The petitioner claims to be aggrieved by the notice issued under Section 35(3) of the BNSS dated 05.06.2025, calling upon the petitioner to attend to the Electronic City Police Station, Bengaluru City, in connection with Crime No.165/2026 registered under Section 66(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2023. - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010538882026 NC: 2026:KHC:43210 WP No. 24639 of 2026 5. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been unduly harassed by the respondent-police calling him to attend to the Police Station and they have also come to the College of the petitioner making such a demand. The petitioner, in the petition has also enclosed the FIR in Crime No.165/2026 registered by Electronic City Police Station for the offences under Section 66(C)(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2023. 6. A perusal thereof would indicate that the petitioner is aware of the complaint which had been filed as also the details of the instagram and snap-chat URL, where the information is allegedly been uploaded. It for the petitioner, therefore having full knowledge of the complaint filed, to cooperate with the Police during the investigation. 7. In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any infirmity in the notice which has been issued.
