P.P. …...... 02/ 25.03.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 308(3)/ 324(4)/324(5)/326(f)/111(2)(B)/ 111(4)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS and under Section 17 of CLA Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. It is alleged that the informant received information that PLFI purcha was pasted by Rajesh Yadav in two poles near Chandpara Railway Crossing. On information, the informant reached there for verification and saw the said purcha in two poles. It is further alleged that by said purcha threatening was given to all the contractors and company that without information to the organization no work will be executed, otherwise stern action will be taken against those persons. 5. From the record, I find that there is no direct allegation against this petitioner. 6. Since, there is no direct allegation against this petitioner, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned D.A.S.J. 1st Class, Khunti, in connection with Karra P.S. Case No.87 of 2024 (S.T. No.128 of 2025), subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand.
